What's new
Everything we have shipped recently, newest first.
Updates
Paste links without https://
Type or paste youtube.com/watch?v=… and it plays, no https:// needed. Twitch links now show the channel name in your history.
Your recent links, on every plan
Open Recent videos under the link box to re-add anything you played before, on any plan. Pro still syncs the list across your devices, and the Library link in the footer shows it all in one place.
Clearer errors, tidier grid
When your browser can't play a video, the tile tells you and suggests what to try. New videos fill the grid left to right, and the toolbar fits on a laptop screen.
Paste a link from any site
Paste a link from a site we do not list and we read the page to find the video on it. The sites we do list keep playing through their own player.
How it works, and what each plan getsRotate videos in the grid
Direct, cloud and uploaded videos can now be rotated clockwise inside the grid. The player controls stay upright, and the direction is kept when you reload or save the layout.
How it works, and what each plan getsFAQ answers you can read
Every FAQ answer is now in the page itself, so search engines and AI assistants can quote them. YouTube, Twitch, Kick and Vimeo each got a setup page of their own.
How it works, and what each plan getsCloud videos play in the grid
Adding a video from your cloud library to the grid works again. It used to fail with "Failed to load video file" even though the video played fine in the library.
